SINGAPORE - Recently, the Agri-food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) started a 6-month drive to introduce egg powder and liquid eggs to Singaporeans as alternatives to fresh eggs. While these alternatives may look like fresh eggs after being cooked, they didn't quite taste the same.
