FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — State and federal authorities are investigating an outbreak of bird flu on a poultry farm in western Kentucky. State Veterinarian Robert C. Stout said the strain discovered is “nonpathogenic or low-pathogenic” and poses a minimal risk to human health.
