China province culls chickens after bird flu found (The Star)
BEIJING (Reuters) - Eastern China's Jiangsu province has culled 377,000 poultry after laying hens tested positive for the H5N1 bird flu virus, the Ministry of Agriculture said on Tuesday, in the first reported case since the early summer.
