With H1N1 flu cases on the decline nationally, experts are warning about a new danger: Complacency. The so-called swine flu remains widespread in 14 states, including Kentucky. And failing to protect against the illness, doctors say, increases the possibility of another wave of it — and potentially dangerous viral mutations.
